At Tractor Supply, we are committed to providing quality new and used tractors and agricultural equipment. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.
- GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of heavy equipment and machinery sales, tractors and equipment sold by Tractor Supply are generally considered final sale once the purchase has been completed and the equipment has been delivered or collected.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details and communicate with our sales team before completing a purchase.
- INSPECTION BEFORE PURCHASE
Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment prior to purchase whenever possible. Tractor Supply provides accurate descriptions and information regarding the condition of tractors, whether new or used.
Used equipment may show signs of normal wear and usage.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The equipment delivered does not match the confirmed order
• The equipment was damaged during transportation prior to delivery
• A major issue is identified that was not disclosed prior to the sale
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the equipment.
- RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, customers must contact our support team and provide:
• Order or purchase details
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photos or documentation if applicable
All return requests are subject to review and approval by Tractor Supply.
- REFUND PROCESS
If a return request is approved, refunds may be issued after the equipment has been inspected and received by Tractor Supply.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Equipment that has been used after delivery
• Equipment damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer
• Custom or special order equipment
• Equipment purchased under special clearance or final sale terms
- SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is approved due to an error on the part of Tractor Supply, return shipping costs may be covered by the company. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for transportation or return logistics costs.
- POLICY CHANGES
Tractor Supply reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
